Our mission is to contribute with impactful solutions that utilize the advanced technology available in citizens pockets to all Search & Rescue organizations. Therefore we are now trying to lower the threshold for authorities in EU getting access to our platform for a evaluation within the frame of procurment that is applied in EU.

An open letter from Communications of CARL AB
Communications of CARL is one of few companies on the market that offers a web service which can locate people in distress allowing them to share their location on their smartphones without pre-installed apps. This can help you save time and resources on your rescue operations and in the end may save lives.
Trusted and today used by the Swedish JRCC since 2015. Last 12 month we have had 100+ success stories.
We have focused on adapting our services to the laws and regulations within the EU and as the tracing process relies on the person in need giving permission to be located for a limited time, it does not endanger the personal integrity.
We have consciously designed our service concept to minimize investment costs and the main part of these consist of training the operative personnel to get the best result out of our product. The rest of the cost is a monthly subscription fee which is usually signed for one year at the time. The start up period from contract to delivery of our product is less than five work days and the only equipment you need to use our service is a web browser and an internet connection. The feedback from our customers shows that our product with big margins saves time, money and lives.
During the rest of 2017 we are offering the JRCC / MRCC organizations within the EU a trial test and evaluation period for a substantially reduced monthly fee.
Some background information:
In April 2015 the Swedish JRCC started using our product CARL SML in their daily operation after a six month evaluation period. During the first year running we further developed our service to adapt it to the challenges in the field work and to make it as effective as possible.
In January 2017 the Swedish Police Region North started using CARL SML. Initially it was used within the context of Search and Rescue in the Swedish mountain regions. Soon the Police had found several new areas for use of our product like for instance locating reported car collisions with wild animals.
